Prakash Saput - Mero Pani Haina Ra Yo Desh मेरो पनि हैन र यो देश | Isn't this country mine too?

This song is a powerful complaint from a regular Nepali citizen. It describes a life of hardship and poverty from birth, where parents struggled endlessly. The singer questions why the country seems to work only for the rich and powerful, while ordinary people face a lack of jobs, land, and opportunities. The song expresses the pain of being forced to leave the country for work, losing self-respect, and feeling like an outsider in one's own homeland. Despite all the suffering and disillusionment, the song ends with a declaration of love for Nepal, holding on to the hope for a better future.
